If you're only having one meal while in Tuscany, then look no further, this is the place to go! I traveled with a small group of 9 people, and this was our favorite dinning experience on our 8 day trip throughout Central Italy! This family owned restaurant, tucked in the hills near Firenzuola, will wow you at every turn! We had no reservations, and even though this was on a Saturday night, they still accommodated the 9 of us! Alex and his dad Nico are very proud and passionate about their farming techniques and the quality of their food. Alex was an absolute all star throughout the entire dinning experience! He was so attentive, super friendly, and with great recommendations! The food was absolutely spectacular at every turn! We got to try so many different dishes, and not one was bad! The Beef tartar was OUTSTANDING, and so was the goat. The pasta dishes, especially with ragu were just to die for! The wine was great, and the desserts just delicious! Alex and his dad even had a drink of their homemade limoncello with us to celebrate my cousin's honeymoon vacation! We all had such an incredible time there, as everything came together. They even have a farm where you can pet the animals right there on site! I could keep going on and on, and on, but I highly recommend giving these guys a shot. Yes, it's not easy finding their location, but once sitting in their homestyle restaurant, you'll never forget their amazing hospitality! Two thumbs way up to Alex and his dad for making us feel part of the family! We'll never forget this meal! Gracie!
